  • ✓ Full depreciation schedule for adjuster review
  • ✓ Line-by-line breakdown your adjuster can accept or dispute item by item

Founder's claim: Even with $169,784 in depreciation applied from a $749K documented value, the policy limit was still reached. That's not always the case — which is exactly why having an ACV schedule based on current replacement cost, not memory or guesswork, is critical.

Important: Some policies only pay ACV and do not include replacement cost coverage for contents. If your policy is ACV-only, this report gives your adjuster a documented, line-by-line depreciation schedule to work from — rather than leaving those calculations entirely to the insurer's discretion. Have your adjuster review every line.

Optional: Policy Checklist & Questions

Upload your contents policy and we'll generate a plain-English summary and a checklist of questions to bring to your adjuster or attorney.

This tool generates questions — not coverage conclusions. It is not insurance advice. Always review output with a licensed public adjuster or attorney before making any claim decision.

📑 Never read your policy?

The Policy Summary reads your policy and tells you your actual coverage limit, deductible, and what's excluded — in plain English, not insurance-speak.

⚠️ Worried about sublimits?

Policies often cap jewelry at $2,500 and electronics at $5,000. The Full Questions Checklist flags if your claim is at risk of hitting those caps.

👥 Working with an adjuster?

They may already provide this. If not — or if you want a second read — our analysis can prevent surprises when insurance pays out.

Pricing FAQs

How is report pricing determined?

Report pricing is proportional to your documented claim value — the bigger your recovery, the more value we deliver. We believe our fee should scale with what we find for you, not be a flat amount regardless of results. Exact pricing is shown after your $15 full analysis.

Can my adjuster pay for me?

Yes. The platform allows either you or your adjuster to pay any fee. Many adjusters pay the report fee and add it to their final invoice since it increases the claim value.

What if I can't afford to pay upfront?

The free preview shows you estimated value before you pay anything. If you're working with a public adjuster, they may pay on your behalf since they benefit from a higher claim.

Are there any other fees?

Stage 1: HCV (Historical Cost Value) is the only required stage: $15 system fee plus the report download fee. Stages 2–4 — Final HCV (Historical Cost Value), RCV (Replacement Cost Value), and ACV (Actual Cash Value) — are optional and build on your Stage 1 report. Most homeowners use Stage 1 + Stage 3: RCV (Replacement Cost Value) to maximize their recovery.

What if ContentsClaims doesn't find much?

You see the free preview first — before paying anything. If it shows low item counts or a value that doesn't justify moving forward, you walk away. You're only out your time. The free preview is there so you can make that call before spending $15.

Can I get a refund?

The $15 system fee is non-refundable — it is a system access and resource fee required to run your full analysis. However, you see your complete results before paying any report fee. If the numbers don't justify moving forward, you're only out $15.
