Why I Built ContentsClaims

From property loss survivor to founder — my mission to help others get every dollar they deserve.

In 2024, I lost everything.

The insurance company sent a professional onsite inventory team. They walked through the damage, catalogued what they could see, and valued my contents at $345,967.

My policy limit was $597,338.

I knew something was wrong. I'd been buying things online for 20 years—furniture, electronics, appliances, clothing. Where were they all?

The Discovery

So I built this platform to prove what I actually owned by analyzing my email purchase history across every account and retailer — turning years of order confirmations into proof of ownership for my insurance claim.

The result: I had over $749,267 in provable purchases. Every single item documented with receipts, order confirmations, and purchase history.

Every item had:

  • Order confirmation
  • Purchase date
  • Price paid
  • Retailer verification

The insurance company couldn't dispute it.

The data was irrefutable.

I maxed out my $597,338 policy limit.

No dispute. No fight. Just proof.

Why This Matters for Every Contents Claim

I built ContentsClaims so other people facing a total loss don't lose money they're entitled to.

If onsite teams missed 46% of my contents value, they're missing your contents too.

When you have proof, you win.

My Mission

No one should accept the first number without verification.

No one should lose thousands because they can't remember what they owned. Your email purchase history is the proof.

Every property loss victim deserves every dollar they're entitled to.

The Problem We're Solving

Onsite Teams Miss Items

Professional inventory companies can only document what they can see in the rubble. Items destroyed beyond recognition, items purchased years ago and forgotten—all missed.

Homeowners Can't Remember Everything

After a traumatic loss, can you remember every item you've bought over 20 years? That lamp from 2015? The kitchen gadgets? The kids' toys?

Thousands Left on the Table

Most property loss victims accept the first valuation without questioning it. They lose thousands—sometimes hundreds of thousands—because they don't know what they don't know.

Our Solution

We search your email purchase history — every account, every retailer, going back 20 years — to build a complete total loss inventory. We find the items you forgot and provide the insurance claim documentation companies can't dispute.
